Hi Adam,

Thanks for reading our posts. Well, we do not really recommend ink refilling especially if you do not have any single idea as to how the procedure goes. If you plan to try ink refilling, please "do your homework" and research first on the topic thoroughly before you do the actual refilling. There are quite a number of ink refilling kits available in the market. Personally, I haven't tried these kits yet but I'm sure they come with manuals so please read and go over the manual first. In a way, ink refilling is advantageous because it is cheaper, more convenient (since you can do it at home), and environment-friendly (since you recycle the cartridges). Disadvantages only rise when the refilling process is not done professionally or correctly. For example, the ink quality and consistency may not be the same as those from printer and third-party manufacturers. It may also result to cartridge leaks if you are not able to seal the cartridge properly.

Thanks for those tips. I've recently read a bit about refilling ink cartridges - would you recommend this method as a way to prolong the life of your cartridges or are there cons to it?
