Windows 7 Training Module on Printer Troubleshooting

Lynda.Com, one of the award-winning providers of educational materials, has recently produced a series of videos entitled Windows 7 Essential Training. The videos are hosted by David Rivers. They cover all possible topics on how to use as well as how to make the most out of Microsoft’ newest operating system. In one particular clip, Rivers addresses one of the most common concerns of users: installing and troubleshooting printers in Windows 7.

In this demo video, Rivers discusses on how Windows 7 users can troubleshoot printer problems. For instance, when a user prints a file from the computer but nothing happens, he discusses on some methods or techniques that would allow the user to troubleshoot this problem. The video also teaches users how to read the printer icon in the task bar as well as how to look at the queue of files for printing.
